I have literally met dozens of amazing entrepreneurs and businesspeople. We aren't in a hiring stage (yet!) but I know I would feel a lot better reaching out to the local community and startup crowd than I would posting a job on Monster or something. Just in the last few weeks, the #rubyriot, #ramencamp, #angellist and #momo events were amazing. There is stuff to do almost every day!
