I think they were on the right path last year and deserved their due credit, but this year they made some risky moves, got sued for Buzz privacy issues, and may be going down the wrong path now if they keep putting out untested products. I also think that Google's possibly going down the same path that Windows went through around the era of Windows 2K. The breach of privacy was something that didn't require a PHD in CS to figure out, a very simple review session could have shown these issues. They are an example of a company that isn't afraid to apologize, something most companies are afraid of doing. It is better to apologize and fix than ignore or delay repairs.
